JV/V Girls Basketball Update
Due to injuries and illness, we will not have enough players for our JV girls' basketball game tonight at Leland. However, we will still play the Varsity Girls Basketball game, which is scheduled to start at 6:00 p.m.

A special board meeting will run tonight, 1/6/25, at 5 PM to conduct board candidate interviews. See you soon!


Sports Update
Due to injuries and illness, we will not have enough players to field a JV girls team for today’s game. However, we are still able to play the varsity game, and we’ve adjusted the start time to 6:00 PM for varsity.

A huge shoutout to our girls basketball team! The Lady Portagers took down Glen Lake 70-38 last night, and held a 28-point, 43-15 halftime lead. The girls are now 5-0 on the season and 1-0 in-conference as they enter winter break.
The boys basketball team, meanwhile, will host Leland tonight at 5:30 PM. See you then!

The Onekama Varsity basketball team wins a thriller over Mason County Central with a score of 37-35. Arden Bradford made the winning basket in the final seconds!


Congratulations to our Varsity girls basketball team as they beat Glen Lake 57-42 to take the Elk Rapids Invitational Championship earlier today!



The middle school boys basketball teams traveled to Baldwin for a tournament and we're excited to announce the 7th grade team took first place!

As we transition to the winter sports season, we invite you to join us for a Parent Meeting on Monday, November 18th at 7:00 PM in the cafetorium. This meeting is an essential opportunity for all athletes and parents to learn about the upcoming season.
