Career Exploration

On November 3rd, the fourth graders had one of our very own Onekama 2007 graduates, Mr. Justin Sedelmaier, come to the classroom for the class's first Career Exploration presentation.  Mr. Sedelmaier spoke to the class about his service in the United States Marine Corps.  The class heard about the steps it takes to become a Marine; such as passing bootcamp.  Many students were amazed that Mr. Sedelmaier was only 17 years old when he went to bootcamp! The class was very engaged during the discussion and followed up with many questions and a class picture with our Onekama veteran.
